Your Golf Practice
The secret to playing golf properly: spend time practising! Thanks to the facilities at the Haut-Poitou Golf Club, a Golfy network partner, you can practise under the best possible conditions all year round.
The driving range upgraded in 2017 consists of 40 open air stands, 28 sheltered stands and two enclosed bays for teaching, which will enable you to work on your golf swing, aim at targets, or more original, rugby posts. You can also work on improving your bunker play, your putting on two practice greens and your approach shots to a separate practice green.
The little extras
The Haut-Poitou golf course is distinguished by two original features.
Meet the challenge of the natural sandy waste land located on the golf course, created at the instigation of a former Scottish pro at the club and reminiscent of his native land. Avoid this imposing hazard consisting of sand, generally considered as a bunker in local competition rules, if you wish to reach the green as quickly as possible!
Exhausted after your round of golf? You can rely on the moving walkway that will transport you from the 18th green (or the ninth green on the 9 hole course) up to the clubhouse from where you can enjoy the view over the lake.
