GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR MEMBERSHIPS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions applicable to the subscription and use of memberships offered by the Haut-Poitou Golf Club. Any subscription implies full acceptance of these GTC as well as the golf course’s internal regulations. The prices indicated are not binding and may be changed without notice.
1-Subscription Duration
Subscriptions are valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of purchase.
If your subscription changes during the year, you can switch to another plan offered by Haut-Poitou Golf Club. In this case, a new 12-month subscription begins on the date you sign the new contract.
2-Payment Methods
Payment can be made:
in cash upon subscription,
or by monthly installments (up to 11 monthly installments maximum).
If paid by monthly installments, a €25 processing fee is applied per application.
The first payment is made upon subscription, directly at reception.
3-Weekly Subscription
The weekly subscription is reserved exclusively for renewals.
It is not possible to create a weekly subscription.
Access to the course with a weekly subscription is limited to business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
To play outside of these periods (weekends and public holidays), a green fee is required.
4-Internal Regulations
Members agree to comply with the internal regulations of the Haut-Poitou Golf Club.
Any serious breach may result in the suspension or termination of their membership, without refund.
5-FFG (French Golf Federation) Golf License
A valid FFG golf license is required to play on our courses.
Members agree to present a current license at the time of subscription and to maintain it throughout the duration of the subscription. Licenses can be purchased at the golf course reception desk for the fee in effect at the time of subscription.
6-Acceptance
By subscribing, the member acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
